About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website (the “Site”), operated by FenceScale, a brand of Roving Revenue (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or submitting the application form, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Who the Site is for

The Site is for owners and managers of fence contracting businesses in the United States. It is not for homeowners looking to hire a fence company. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you tell us about.

Your application

The information you give us must be accurate and yours to give, including the phone number and email address. Applying does not create a client relationship or obligate either of us to work together. We may decline any application, for example when we are not the right fit for the size or type of your business.

Our services and the guarantee

Information on the Site describes our services in general terms. The services we provide, our fees, the length of the engagement and any performance guarantee, including the “or you don’t pay” guarantee, are defined only in the written service agreement you sign with us, and the conditions in that agreement apply. Results depend on your market, demand in your service area and how your business handles the leads, so nothing on the Site promises a specific number of leads, jobs or revenue.

The calculator and any other projections on the Site are estimates for illustration, based on the assumptions shown next to them. They are not a promise of results.

Calls, text messages and email

By submitting your phone number and email you agree that FenceScale may contact you by phone call, text message (including automated texts) and email about your application, your booked call and our services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, and HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop calls or emails at any time at head@roving-revenue.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, no automated scraping, no false or someone else’s information in the form, and no use that breaks the law.

Our content

The Site’s text, design, graphics, logos and code belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, resell or reuse them without our written permission. FenceScale and our logo are our trademarks.

Third-party services and links

The Site uses and links to services run by others, such as Calendly for scheduling and the Meta Pixel for ad measurement, and links to other websites such as Roving Revenue. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply. This Site is not a part of Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. and is not endorsed by them.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). This section does not limit anything agreed in a signed service agreement.

Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Roving Revenue is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
